How long does shipping usually take?

  • Beauty By Mi'Chel ships orders via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays by end of day. All packages include tracking and come with insurance. If we receive your order before noon, we'll ship it out the same day. If not, don't worry, we'll ship it out the next business day!

How can I book a bridal consultation?

  • To book a bridal consultation, go to the "Book an Appointment" tab, select "All Book Appointment," then choose "Bridal Services" from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts to book.

How can I book a makeup appointment?

  • To book a makeup appointment, go to the "Book an Appointment" tab, select "All Book Appointment," then choose "Makeup Services" from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts to book.

How can I book a 1 on 1 or makeup class appointment?

  • To book a makeup class, go to the "Book an Appointment" tab, select "All Book Appointment," then choose "Bare To Bombshell Makeup Class" from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts to book the specific class you desire.

 How do I use Affirm, Sezzle or AfterPay to purchase makeup classes?

  • To schedule a makeup class using a third-party payment method, please follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the "Classes" tab on the website and select the class you wish to take.
  2. Add the class to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in your personal information, and when you reach the "Payment" section, select the third-party payment method you wish to use.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.

I purchased a Beauty By Mi'Chel digital material, and it says it was delivered electronically/digitally, but I cannot find it, can it be retrieved again?

  • Upon purchase, you'll receive an email with a private link to download your digital purchase. If you never received the initial email, one can be resent to the address we have on file. 
  • If the email was not received due to the email address provided being incorrect, we can update your email and resend it to the correct one. However, your email can only be changed once. After that you will need to repurchase the product to have the material sent to the intended recipient.
 
We kindly request you to keep in mind the following instructions:

- Please take a quick peek into your spam and promotion folders in your email, as sometimes the email may be redirected to those folders.

- We request you to please double-check the email address you provide when placing your order, as the private course link will be sent to the email address in your order upon receipt of purchase.

- We understand that mistakes can happen, but please note that you will only be allowed to make one email correction after purchase. So, please make sure that everything is accurate before placing your order.
